Refund Policy
At THEBRANDSOLUTION LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we provide high-quality custom logo and branding design services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Transparency & Scope
This policy applies to all digital design services offered on our website. By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that they are purchasing a custom digital service, not a physical product.
2. Refund Eligibility Tiers
We aim for total satisfaction, but because we provide custom digital labor, refunds are handled as follows:
Final Sale (0%): Once final files are delivered or a revision has been requested, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Full Refund (100%): Granted only if the order is canceled before any design work begins and within 24 hours of purchase.
Partial Refund (50%): Available only after the first draft of concepts is delivered, but before any revisions are requested. This covers the creative labor already performed.
3. “No-Show” & Communication Policy
If the Client fails to provide feedback, approvals, or required information for more than 14 consecutive days, the project will be marked as completed and the service will be considered fulfilled.
4. Revision Limits
Inclusions: Each package includes a specific number of minor revisions as listed on the product page.
Scope: Revisions must align with the original creative brief.
Additional Fees: Any requests for major changes outside the original scope, or revisions requested after the package limit is reached, will incur extra fees.
Delivery: Once you approve a design for final delivery, the revision period is closed.
5. Intellectual Property & Refunds
In the event of a full or partial refund, the Client forfeits all rights to use any concepts, drafts, or ideas presented during the design process. Unauthorized use of refunded material may constitute copyright infringement.
6. Specific Terms for “Extra Packs”
To ensure clarity on our higher-value service bundles, the following terms apply:
- Social Media Master Pack: A “revision” constitutes minor adjustments to visual style (colors, fonts, imagery). Requesting a completely new set of 20 topics or captions after the first draft is delivered is considered a Change of Scope and will incur additional fees.
- Landing Page UI Design: Our policy applies to the UI/UX Design (Figma/Visuals). We do not offer refunds once the initial wireframe or mood board has been approved. Technical implementation (coding/hosting) is not included unless specified in a separate agreement.
- Company Profile (6-8 Pages): Revisions are limited to text edits and layout adjustments. Requests to change the entire document structure or business direction after the first 3 pages are drafted will be billed as a new project.
7. Change of Scope & Additional Revisions
Any request that falls outside the original creative brief provided at the time of purchase will be classified as a “Change of Scope.”
- Out-of-Scope Work: Includes adding extra pages to a Company Profile, designing additional social media posts beyond the 20-pack, or changing the brand name mid-project.
- Additional Fees: Revisions requested after the package limit is reached will be billed at a flat rate of €50 per round or an agreed-upon hourly rate.
8. Final Approval & Delivery
Once the Client provides “Final Approval” via email or messaging:
- The project is officially closed.
- The right to any further free revisions is forfeited.
- No refunds will be issued after final source files (e.g., .AI, .PSD, Figma links, or High-Res PDFs) have been shared.
9. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
