1. Services

We provide custom branding and digital design services. Our services include:

  • Logo design and brand identity packages.
  • Extra Packs: High-impact landing page UI designs, professional company profiles, social media content packs, and brand identity kits.
  • Digital file delivery (vector, web-ready, and project-specific formats like Figma links or High-Res PDFs).

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our Website.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and authorized.

3. Delivery & Timelines

  • Standard Logos: Delivered within 48–72 hours after order confirmation.
  • Extra Packs: Delivery timelines for Landing Pages, Company Profiles, and Social Media packs are 7–14 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Format: Delivery is strictly digital; no physical products will be shipped. Final files are provided in appropriate formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF, or Figma).

4. Refunds & Revisions

  • We aim for total satisfaction, but because we provide custom digital labor, refunds are handled as follows:
  • Full Refund (100%): Granted only if the order is canceled before any design work begins and within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Available only after the first draft of concepts is delivered, but before any revisions are requested. This covers the creative labor already performed.
  • Final Sale (0%): Once final files are delivered or a revision has been requested, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • 4. Revision Policy
  • Inclusions: Each package includes a specific number of minor revisions as listed on the product page.
  • Scope: Revisions must align with the original creative brief.
  • Additional Fees: Any requests for major changes outside the original scope, or revisions requested after the package limit is reached, will incur extra fees.
  • Delivery: Once you approve a design for final delivery, the revision period is closed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Commercial Rights: Upon full payment and final approval, you receive full commercial rights to the final chosen design(s).
  • Drafts & Concepts: We retain ownership of all preliminary sketches, drafts, and unused concepts created during the process. These may not be used, shared, or redistributed by the Client.
  • Third-Party Assets: For Landing Page or Social Media designs, the Client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any specific images, fonts, or copy they provide to us for inclusion.

6. User Conduct

By using our Website, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We guarantee delivery of design files as described, but cannot guarantee business outcomes or profits from their use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services if Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
